I am an out-of-the-box creative thinker, with a deep curiosity and passion for people. I work as a lifestyle reporter, producer and multimedia journalist in beautiful Vail, CO. I shoot, write, edit, and host my own 30-minute lifestyle and entertainment show for TV8 called Vail Vibes with Avijah.

 

I have previously worked as a reporter for Spectrum News in Los Angeles, KITV Island News in Honolulu, and KHSL in Redding.

Before focusing on lifestyle and entertainment news, I covered hard and breaking news on everything from natural disasters to crime.

I have been invited to speak at several TEDx events, including TEDx UC Irvine where I spoke about embracing your differences. I have also hosted and emceed several international conferences.
